A 19th century silver dish of small size and having an oval and scalloped shape. With cast side handles and embossed fruit decoration. Excellent workmanship. Weight 131 grams, 4.2 troy ounces. Spread 21.5 cms. Width 14.2 cms. Height 4.8 cms to top of handle. Stamped around the inside rim with pseudo German silver marks for Nurnberg, circa 1780. Actual date circa 1900. Maker B. Neresheimer & Sohnes.
