Payment
We accept the following forms of payment. Debit card or credit card - American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro only. We also accept bank drafts and bank to bank transfers.

Shipping
All goods will be shipped once payments have cleared our bank. Shipping will normally be through Fedex or Royal Mail. The buyer pays for all shipping and insurance costs which are not refundable.

Import Duties.

Please note that all import duties and local taxes are payable by the purchaser.

Returns
Customer satisfaction and repeat business are of prime importance to us. We will accept returns of goods damaged during shipment provided you inform us and the shipper within 24 hours of receipt. In such circumstances all packaging should be retained for inspection by the insurers.

If the item is not as described we will of course give a full refund on safe return to us of the item.
