A handsome antique hot water kettle of plain form with a decorative swing ivory handle and pretty top finial. There is a crest to one side. With shaped stand and integral burner. Height 37 cms. English. Circa 1830. Marked below with the bell mark for Roberts, Smith & Co.

A handsome antique sterling silver samovar with lions mask handles and ivory tap finial. With finely engraved border decoration to both body and lid. The lid has a stag crest to one side and the Scottish family name “Fraser” engraved to the other. Weight 2971 grams, 95.5 troy ounces. Height 47 cms. London 1792. Maker Thomas Graham.

An elegant antique sterling silver samovar of small size by the well regarded female silversmith Hester Bateman. Classic vase shape with bead borders, carved ebony tap handle and pretty engraved cartouche to the front. Weight 1086 grams, 34.9 troy ounces. Height 33 cms. Spread 19 cms. London 1782.
