Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Debit card or credit card - American Express, Visa and Mastercard.
  • UK sterling cheques.
  • Paypal (3% surcharge)
  • Bank drafts and bank to bank transfers

Shipping

We ship worldwide.

All goods will be shipped once payments have cleared our bank. Shipping is usually by Fedex or Royal Mail. Shipping is usually included in the price but for some items we may have to make a charge depending on the destination.

Our normal shipping days are Wednesday and Friday. All goods are fully insured and sent at the risk of waxantiques.

Import Duties

Please note that all import duties and local taxes are payable by the purchaser.

Money Back Guarantee

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Return shipping expenses will be the buyer's responsibility.

If the item is not as described or damaged in transit we will of course give a full refund (including return postage) on safe return to us of the item.

For goods damaged during shipment please inform us and the shipper within 24 hours of receipt. In such circumstances all packaging should be retained for inspection by the insurers.

Returns

In any of the above cases please inform us by email prior to shipping and make sure to use a fully insured and signed for shipping method.
