5543. 1930s Silver Cup and Cover

Of Turkish interest. A handsome sterling silver cup with matching cover. Cut card decoration all over and a decorative engraved cartouche to the front. To the reverse is an interesting presentation inscription from the Turkish Maritime Salvage Company. Weight 777 grams, 25 troy ounces. Diameter 13.5 cms. Height 18 cms. Spread 21 cms. London 1931. Maker Charles Stuart Harris.
