5501. Victorian Silver Tea Set in Presentation Box

An excellent quality antique sterling silver tea set of ribbed melon shape and having decorative cast feet. There is pretty engraved decoration to the body of flowers and leaves. Original gilt to the sugar bowl and milk jug. Weight 2217 grams, 71.2 troy ounces. Height of teapot 19.5 cms, spread 24 cms. In the original oak wood presentation box with felt lining. London 1852,5,6. Maker WH.
