An unusual pair of antique sterling silver salad servers in the original box. The carved ivory or bone handles depict a Japanese man and woman with strange facial expressions. One handle has a signature in Japanese characters. Length of spoon and fork 29.5 cms. Sheffield 1884. Maker Henry Atkins.
