5274. Mappin and Webb Silver Shaving Mug

A good quality vintage silver shaving mug of plain design and heavy gauge silver. Applied to the front is the red enamel insignia (crossed swords, a scimitar and a chain) of the Sultan of Oman. Weight 465 grams, 14.9 troy ounces. Height 9.5 cms. Spread 17 cms. Diameter 11.25 cms. Sheffield 1938.  Maker Mappin and Webb.
