A magnificent 19th century oval shaped silver centrepiece with pretty pierced silver decoration of trellis work and floral borders surmounted by ornamental swags. Can be used with or without the shaped blue glass liner. Weight 41 troy ounces. Length 38 cms (48 cms including handles). Width 28 cms. Height 14 cms. Continental silver hallmarks for Amsterdam. Circa 1880.
