3817. Victorian Silver Bell.
An antique sterling silver desk bell which rings when you turn the knob at the top. It has pretty pierced decoration, swags, flowers and a gadroon border. The inner case is made of brass. Height 8.5 cms. Diameter of base 9.5 cms. Birmingham 1896.
