2066. Antique Russian Silver Wine Jug.
A tall and elegantly slim ewer with curled handle and pedestal foot, the body engraved with flowers and leaves. There is a vacant cartouche to the front. Height 28.5 cms. Weight 14 troy ounces. Russian silver marks to the base showing the maker A.K, date 1878 and the Moscow town mark.
