1466. Victorian Silver Claret Jug.
A very attractive cut crystal wine jug with vine and grape engraving to the body and standing on a diamond cut base. The sterling silver mount is of excellent quality having engraved designs to the top and an unusually shaped handle reinforced with a bottom strap finishing in shaped cover to the base. Height 27 cms. London 1883.
